NHK: Gourmet Solution to a Thorny Problem

Sea urchins - called uni in Japanese - are a prized delicacy. But the spiny creatures are also a threat to the environment because of their ability to turn seabeds into deserts. A start-up in southern Japan is trying to tackle this thorny problem.
